Yes this is a heavy product on a pallet, and our carriers cannot guarantee to have a fork lift on board their vehicles. However some of the delivery trucks will have a tail lift - but this is not guaranteed.

Yes. Our trained staff have been using these products for over 30 years. One of our staff will personally deliver your first pallet and answer any questions which you may have. For a fee we will even assist you on your first use of the product if required.
