When will my order be delivered?Having completed your online purchase and payment, your pallet will be despatched on the next working day, for delivery within two to three days. We will contact you with delivery updates. If you need a 'Next Day' urgent delivery please call us on 0800 470 0287.

Do I need a forklift to unload my delivery?Yes this is a heavy product on a pallet, and our carriers cannot guarantee to have a fork lift on board their vehicles. However some of the delivery trucks will have a tail lift - but this is not guaranteed.

What do I do if my delivery has not arrived?Please contact our customer service team on 0800 470 0287 and they will urgently investigate for you.

What are your payment terms?Sealed is an online service so all payments are made in advance via the website. If you have problems making a payment this way, please contact 0800 470 0287 and we can take your payment over the phone.

Do your prices shown on this website include delivery?Yes all prices include delivery with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Customers from these locations please contact us on 0800 470 0287 for delivery charges.

Do your prices shown include VAT?No , VAT will be charged at the standard rate.

Can I open a credit/trade account with Sealed Ltd?Customers who wish to buy in bulk can apply for a credit account, please ask our office for an application form.

Can I return unused goods?Unfortunately we cannot accept split pallets of this product, please refer to our T’s & C’s.

Do you offer training and assistance if we have not used Index products before?Yes. Our trained staff have been using these products for over 30 years. One of our staff will personally deliver your first pallet and answer any questions which you may have. For a fee we will even assist you on your first use of the product if required.
